Finished up the bathroom this weekend. Had to buy a new drain piece to stop the leak. Since this was an engineered vessel sink made from a standard copper basin, a little engineering was required to make it all watertight.  E asked me to put some shelves in the coat closet, so got that done

Vineyard March 5,6 2016

Spent just a part of the weekend playing in the vineyard. I swallowed hard and went ahead and pruned the vines. My Norton’s needed hardly any pruning – mostly just nicking off the unnecessary buds.  It is suggested that each year you prune, you weigh the cuttings to get an idea of that year’s growth.
