Finished up the bathroom this weekend. Had to buy a new drain piece to stop the leak. Since this was an engineered vessel sink made from a standard copper basin, a little engineering was required to make it all watertight. E asked me to put some shelves in the coat closet, so got that done
Spent just a part of the weekend playing in the vineyard. I swallowed hard and went ahead and pruned the vines. My Norton’s needed hardly any pruning – mostly just nicking off the unnecessary buds. It is suggested that each year you prune, you weigh the cuttings to get an idea of that year’s growth.
E & I had a nice weekend at the cabin. It’s still pretty cold out and E wanted some inside work done. So we remodeled the bathroom. We painted the vanity, I made a beautiful pine counter top, added a copper vessel sink and changed out the mirror. She is happy with it, so that
