E & I had a nice weekend at the cabin. It’s still pretty cold out and E wanted some inside work done. So we remodeled the bathroom. We painted the vanity, I made a beautiful pine counter top, added a copper vessel sink and changed out the mirror. She is happy with it, so that makes me happy. We think it looks great. Quite a bit of creative plumbing needed to be done, so time will tell if I made it leak-proof.
Elaine gave me an early Birthday present. A pair of Felco pruners with a leather holster. Wow, I feel like somebody now. Felco’s are the top of the line pruners and I didn’t want to use anything else. Thanks baby! I need to break these up on our next trip. Pruning scares me but I have studied it and hope to not screw it up.
